Of all the tools that humans have created throughout our history, the Hubble Space Telescope has done more to revolutionize our understanding of our Solar System, Milky Way galaxy, and the Universe than any other. Why is the Hubble so special? We'll discuss how it works, then look at some of the most significant-- and beautiful - Hubble images from its first 25 years of service and discuss their significance, from early galaxies in the Hubble Deep Field to proto-planets in the Orion Nebula.
