Mark Chapman
Mark Chapman built armor and studied personal combat in the SCA from the 1970's through early 1990's and left having achieved that group's highest honors. He then turned to sand sculpture and built recumbent bicycles of his own design. By 2012 he had competed several times as a soloist at the prestigeous World Championships of Sand Sculpture in Harrison Hot Springs British Columbia. In 2004 Mark began studying ceramic sculpture. One of his fantasy sculptures won Best 3D Art in Show at Sasquan.
